The academic year moves through four phases, from the initial call for applications to the final thesis defense. Course declarations, exams, and the September resubmission period all sit inside this rhythm.
Application & Evaluation
  • Call for applications released
  • Application submission window opens
  • Candidate interviews and scoring on the 100-point scale
  • Final admissions ranking and department approval
Registration & Onboarding
  • Student registry enrollment with University of Ioannina credentials
  • Assignment of an academic advisor
  • Electronic course registration, open for two weeks
Academic Curriculum

Four semesters, 30 ECTS each:

1st Semester · 1 Compulsory + 2 Electives
2nd Semester · 1 Compulsory + 2 Electives
3rd Semester · 3 Electives / Internship
4th Semester · Master’s Thesis & Defense
 
Course declarations are submitted electronically within the first two weeks of every semester.
Exams & Resubmission
  • Seminar papers submitted at the end of each semester
  • September resubmission period for failed or revised papers
