Every candidate assembles the same core dossier during the open call. Documents are uploaded as PDFs through the application portal; incomplete files are not forwarded to the Evaluation Committee.

Official Academic Transcript
With a detailed grade breakdown per course.

Proof of English Proficiency
B2 level or higher, certified.
6)
Statement of Purpose
Explaining your interest and fit with AI & Digital Humanities.
7)
Two Recommendation Letters
From academic faculty, researchers, or employers.
8)
Proof of Research / Professional Experience
Publications, portfolio, or certificates, if applicable.
